He had been about to argue or leave or something bad as his mind swirled with names and thoughts but then she mentioned the Force and a clarity kicked in. It was something to focus on that wasn't as upsetting.

Well, not upsetting if her words were true.

"I... do, yes. I can use the Force. Or I could before I came here." And he very much did want that power back. If he couldn't leave then he could at least have that. He took a deep breath, calming himself down.

"I apologise. This has all been a shock. I... I am Kylo Ren." He still refused to use 'Ben'. He doubted she'd recognise that name, if she really was Leia. She was so young... and it sounded as if others were also young.

Nobody would know who he was. Should he even tell them? He'd consider this and bide his time, depending on what else she said.
