He didn't need the Force to see the sadness in Fives and likely the touch of loneliness. Being lonely was something Ezra understood too well, but he knew that as hard as things were at least Fives especially had people who knew him.

"THey might be from different times but at least they're people you know Fives. Your brother, your general, they might be from further ahead but at least they know you, they're your friends still." He tried to look on the bright side of things, reaching out and patting Five’s shoulder like Rex had done to him so many times.

"I don't know anyone here, unless you know anyone named Kanan,Hera, Sabine, Zeb, or a droid named Chopper." He shrugged and watched Five’s face for a moment, "And hey, at least you have cool armour to walk around in if nothing else."
